Imagine ... getting up in the morning, walking across the street for a cup of coffee, then taking a stroll on Del Mar Beach. All right in your front yard! The home and complex are nice too. There have been some nice upgrades, but could use a few updates as well. But, this home is all about location, location, location! The master bedroom is very spacious with vaulted ceiling and deck. This is Del Mar living at it's best. Bonus: Complex features pool! Easy walk to Del Mar Village, restaurants, the beach, walking trails and the Del Mar race track!
